Terms and Conditions

Pricing: Prices are based on double occupancy; a single supplement fee applies for solo travelers. 

Planning Fee: $50 to conduct your research and generate your quote. Once booked the $50 will go towards your trip  

Change Fee: A change fee of $25 per person will be applied for any modifications to the booking, plus any charges imposed by the supplier.      

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50, plus any fees assessed by the supplier, will be applicable in the event of cancellation. 

Payment Schedule: Payments must be made as per agreement in the credit card authorization form  

Full Payment Deadline: Full payment for the booking must be made no later than 60 days before scheduled trip.(NO EXCEPTIONS) 

Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required for all travelers, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the return date of the trip. 

Travel Insurance: Bucket List Coach Travel & Tours suggests the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.
